How long does shipping take?

We ship most orders same day or next day depending on what time the order is placed and what material is in stock.  Delivery times will vary based on the size of the order and distance from our store to your home.

We ship all items via United States Postal service Priority Mail. This protects you and us. Priority Mail, although more expensive than 1st Class mail, provides you with a tracking number. It also includes $50 of insurance on your item in case of loss or damage. At our discretion and at our cost, we may add more insurance to some packages.

What are your return policies?

If you do not like your product, please contact us within 2 days for an RMA number.  You are responsible for return shipping costs. Orders must be received with the RMA within 14 days of the date on the RMA. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We normally credit returns back to your account (minus original shipping cost) within 7 days after we receive it.

After 30 days, we assume you are happy with your item.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

We do our very best when packing your order to assure it arrives safely. If your order is damaged, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for damage occurring during delivery. However, we are happy to assist our customers with shipping claims.

We Recycle!!

We reuse shipping materials whenever possible. So the box you receive from us may not be brand new and the packing material may have been used before on a shipment we received. But we’re betting that you won’t mind. Lets all do our part to help the environment!
